Minor in Gerontology
The interdisciplinary minor in gerontology enhances professionals’ capacity to work with older persons. It requires three courses in three disciplines. Students select another 9 credits to earn 18 credits in coursework related to gerontology.

With current approval of the student adviser and the minor coordinator up to three credit hours of departmental tutorial readings, special topics and/or research studies may be included.
