This four year plan of study is meant as a guide; Theatre Arts majors are strongly encouraged to meet with their advisor each semester before registering for classes to ensure proper course sequencing and progress toward their degree.  In particular, the three different subplans for the BA in Theatre Arts involve different requirements.

Many Theatre Arts courses are offered on a 4-semester cycle.  Please take this into account before making course choices for any given term.  Please discuss options with your advisor each term before registering for classes.

Students must complete enough electives to bring total credit hours up to the 120. Please Note: Every student must fulfill all University, Departmental, and Essential Studies requirements.

Students are also encouraged to study abroad at some point in their studies. They should consult with their advisor to plan for this worthwhile educational experience.
